    Black Sand Aggregates transported by Chenglong Motors of China Trucks daily since September 2012 from Caparacadan, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines unloaded at Salomague Port, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur, ready for shipping to Taiwan every Friday. Photo taken on Jan 8, 2013. Thirty thousand cubic meters of Black Sand were already extracted from 2 hectares of coastal area in Caparacadan, Caoayan, Ilocos Sur. To date, the coastal mining is on going. People of Ilocos Sur reject this destructive operation.
