This was a very interesting dream. It took me to north texas and New Mexico. I was on a mission to talk to young people in jail about opportunities for them after they got out of jail. But when I got to the jail, after being led there by a very elderly woman ( I am guessing she was about 125 years old, but quite spry and also flirtatious), I found many of the young people in jail wrongly incarcerated. As I was trying to figure out their situations and why they were put in jail, the floor began to flood and alligators swam in. I had to jump from bed to bed, and on to other objects, to get out of there without falling in the water. That is about all I remember, but the guys in jail were definitely a brotherhood - very nice to me but clear they didn't feel they could communicate with me. I remember one wearing a train engineer's cap and playing with a sharp, large knife.
