    Jakarta in Peril

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Student sojungkeem took this image from the 21st floor of her apartment building in Jakarta, Indonesia, where heavy flooding has caused severe traffic problems in the city. "It's hard to get around," she says. "Some use inflatable boats, and some are forced to walk through the contaminated flood water. The flooding has hindered many people from going to their jobs and schools. I was unable to go to my school this morning."
    - sarahbrowngb, CNN iReport producer

Since last night, the northern part of Indonesia's capital city, Jakarta, has been raining non-stop. Thus, filling the roads and sewages with water. Due to Jakarta's poor sewage system and lack of planning, flood is inevitable. Right now, cars are stuck and unable to go anywhere. This is the first time Jakarta has been through some serious flooding since the 2007 flood.
