Light fluffy snow in southern Vermont with baby Shaw

CNN PRODUCER NOTE     calebjc says winter in Vermont brings lots of variety -- 'snow, sun, rain, freezing drizzle, humid, dry. And the winters always have the most amazing sunny days. I believe a nice chilly walk and gray day make for more enjoyment of the summer sun and swimming.'
    - dsashin, CNN iReport producer

8:15am, light snow of a few fluffy inches. Shoveling with Baby Shaw and mom, followed by a walk to work at Marlboro's College's graduate school downtown.

Snow was light by 2:45pm, with a total of around 4 inches in Brattleboro, which is in very southern Vermont.

By 4pm, it had passed and I had a wonderful walk home in the quiet snow.

As usual in most snowy weather, there's usually much more snow higher up in elevation at our main campus, in Marlboro, Vermont.
