    THERE IS A MASSIVE EXPANTION OF THE USE OF SYNTHETIC CANNIBINOIDS, SPICE,BATH SALTS, GENIE.K2, ECT AND THEY ARE CREATING SEVERE PERMANENT PSYCHOTIC PERSONALITY DISORDERS IN MANY OF THE USERS. THE COST TO INSTITUTIONALIZE A FEW MILLION PERMANENTLY PSYCHOTIC PEOPLE WILL BE ENORMOUS.
