I would definetely recommend these two apps. They are Great and Free!
MyFitnessPal app is a Calorie counter and Diet tracker
It helps me keep a track of everthing I eat throughout the day
It also has a free barcode scanner .
Tracks over 350 exercises , cardio strength and more
It can also be accessed on the net www.myfitnesspal.com
Striiv works like a pedometer and I integrated this app with myfitnesspal and works great
Both apps have progress reports and they keep me motivated .
