    Rockingham Shooting Victim A Naval Technician

    The Gang Crime Squad is now investigating a fight in which a Rockingham man was shot in the chest.

     

    The shooting victim is believed to be a serving naval technician who has been absent-without-leave from HMAS Stirling Naval Base since December.

     

    It has been confirmed the victim is a nominee of the Rebels Bikie Gang.

     

    The 23 year old man drove himself off to Rockingham Hospital after he was shot in the chest by a person along with a large group of angry people armed with spades and baseball bats that became involved in a fight in Cooloongup, Rockingham in Western Australia.

     

    The man is reported to be in a stable condition.
