Driving through the small quite town of Woodville Texas today something caught my eye. A small but peaceful group of people had joined together today at the county court house square for National Gun Appreciation Day. A man dressed in a civil war coat carrying a sign attached to his musket that read "God, Christ and 2nd Amendment or UN control? It's your choice". A lady rocking in a rocking chair held a sign "Stand up for whats right, support the second amendment." I thought to myself did I miss something so I had to turn around and explore what was going on in my small town of 2,574 people. I parked my truck and walked up to the crowd and started to listen to them and their concerns. Their concerns ranged from not being able to protect themselves to not being able to hunt if Obama passes a law on guns. I am posting this to show the Country how this is effecting people in our Nation of the USA. I am a gun owner but I am not a supporter of the NRA by any means. I feel this issue is going to boil over to a civil up-rise. I feel fear is being instilled into many people by the social media. This is Woodville,Texas things like this don't happen here.
