    Obama inauguaration

I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the colour of their skin but by the content of their character", was part of Dr Martin Luther King Jnr's speech at the Lincoln Memorial, Washington DC in 1963.

As I watch Obama making history, I ask myself what Dr King would be saying if he was alive. I conclude that he would certainly be smiling. Indeed for the first time in decades, the US has overlooked Obama's colour and made him the US President for the second term strictly on the content of his character and what he may bring for the American people.

As Dr King remarked in his speech that memorable day, " ...the sons of former slaves and the sons of former slave owners will be able to sit down together at the table of brotherhood".

    Hola Obama Hola
