    Waimea Bay, Oahu Big Waves

    A big swell has arrived on the North Shore of Oahu. Waves were expected to top out at an occasional 35' face, but the biggest we saw were about 15'-18'. I snapped this photo with my Samsung smartphone while watching the sunset and eating a loaf of bread with some brie ... and a cold Hawaiian beer. Life does not get much better than this.
