Monroe County Pennsylvania refuses to investigate and arrest the perpetrator who brutally rapes two little girls in PA,. Monroe County is know responsible for three other rapes from the the same perpetrator in NJ.  I was told my children weren't a priority in a child sexual abuse case by Children and Youth Services, Pocono Regional Police and ADA in Monroe County PA. I was denied records and information and help when my children were sexually assaulted, CYS stated they wouldn't help unless I cooperated with the perpetrator my children's biological father. I was told I couldn't file a Civil suit against CYS and Pocono Regional Police in Monroe County Pa by County Court's. I was told by I was not allowed to represent my children as PRO-SE. I was denied my constitutional right's as PRO-SE litigator. Cont: When a Lackawanna County Court judge band me from filling anything else what so ever in county court. Lackawanna County Judge illegally allowed filing of legal documents without my knowledge. I was pretty much told to go away and stop fighting for not just my children but all children's right's.
Well let me tell you my children are a priority I made sure of that, when I took my case to United States Supreme Court. You denied me records and inofrmation and help for my girls when they were sexually assaulted and beaten well guess what I got them. Not a chance he will never see or hurt my children again ever I will make sure of that. I did fie a Multi-Million dollar civil suit on my own and got a default judgment sealed signed and served by US Marshals and somehow defendants attorney's tried to have it disbanded from Court, good try it's not going to work I'm smarter and tougher.  cont. Not Monroe County Police, CYS, ADA, Lackawanna County Court's Monroe County Court's will tell me I could never speak on behalf of my children. I am my own attorney and a dammmmm good one, apparently taking my own case all the way to US Supreme Court. I do have EVERY Right in the US Constitutional to file legal document's in any Court in AMERICA it's my right and I will NOT let you or anyone take that away. I will continued to fight for Children's Right's for as long as I BREATH THAT'S A PROMISE. I'm not done yet sit and watch. Google Idalia Holland for the latest.
