    To Trade or not to Trade?

    I didn't get the 2013 Commemorative Metro Pass but I still have three from the 2009 Inauguration. I had about nineteen dollars fare left on the three that I may have been able to trade in for the Metro SmartTrip card for this years ceremony. I am not sure how long the fare cards are good for but I knew there was no way I would ever trade them in.
    Anyway the good news is we won't have to wait in the endless lines to purchase subway tickets in the morning!
