    Extreme Cold Temps in Upper Michigan

    At 3am this Monday morning my thermometer reads -3 degrees. Wind chills are -17 right now! Forecasters say temps will only go up into the single digits today. With colder weather coming this week. Looks like Old Man Winter has finally made his appearance.
