    PEACE MURAL IN A WAR TORN LAND

    I spent 5 days roaming the island of Sulu with the Philippine Marines. We started the week by going to different camps, and inspecting the venues in which we will be holding the first ever photography workshop with photographer and black pencil project founder mon corpuz, and the first art workshop since the 2nd world war. We also went to the site where the big PEACE MURAL EVENT was going to be held. then on the final days, i spent my time painting the 200 meter wall that was built by the marines on which the students and other sectors painted their ideas about PEACE.
