    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     NoranRocc attended the inauguration with her husband and two young daughters. Her best advice for attendees? "Every kid has a flag," she said. "Don't even think about going without a flag."

    We had fun even though the sound system back at the Washington Monument was very spotty... we did manage to hear parts of the president's speech.
