ATT Uverse has been out in 14 States since last night. According to ATT Twitter account, @attcustomercare they do not have an eta. I tried 6 times to call them but the hold time exceeds 30 minutes. ATT has not made any formal announcement, nor have they formally apologized. Many people are upset because like me they work from home and with no internet access you cannot work. After the outage is over all Uverse customers should call ATT for a prorated credit on their bill. I love my ATT Uverse and it rarely goes out but this is absurd.
