    A single anti-abortion protestor allegedly infiltrated tight security and evaded Capitol Hill Police when he camped overnight on Capitol Hill grounds and climbed to a tree top to shout at inauguration attendees below. Multiple attempts at negotiation failed as the protestor proceeded to climb higher up the tree when police tried to raise ladders to apprehend the protestor. #Inauguration2013 #Protestor #GreenTicketArea
