    President Obama's Speech

I was glued to the television watching CNN all day yesterday. President Obama's speech was the best I've ever heard. He wants us to come together as a nation and world. Enough with political parties holding up important decisions because they are worried about their political career. When I was ten years old I remember seeing all the fighting on television between both white and black people and didn't understand - Why? It really bothered me. We are all HUMAN. I also remember seeing pictures of the Vietnam War and crying. He spoke about Martin Luther King, Jr., Lincoln, helping the elderly and the rest of us with health care, ending the violence and getting our troops home. Now it is up to us to give him our support and become one nation under God. I was so moved my his speech I had tears streaming down my face. His speech really gave me hope for this country and the world. Congratulations President and Mrs. Obama. You have my support!
