Obama's inauguration: In the crowd |
Thousands attend Inauguration 2013 Pt.2
CNNIReport was on scene in Washington,D.C during Inauguration Day speaking with attendees. President Barack Hussein Obama made history twice by being re-elected as this nation's first African-American Commander-in-Chief. Although thousands from everywhere flooded the nation's capitol for this year's highly anticipated event,it did not draw the crowd that it did in 2009. Some are suggesting that possibly this is due to many Americans being disenchanted with the state of the economy and the government in general. Despite the fairly low turn out this year we spoke with many individuals who still expressed high enthusiasm with the president's second victory and his overall tenure in the White House.
