Lawmaker Flags off Rural Road Project

The Deputy Speaker of the Federal House of Representatives of Nigeria, Hon. Emeka Nkem Ihedioha has once again gladdened the hearts of his constituents, the people of Aboh Mbaise/ Ngor Okpala federal constituency by flagging off the federal road project he attracted to the area, a 13.5km road that links up the entire Agbaja community that makes up Aboh Mbaise.
Commissioning the road this Friday afternoon, the deputy speaker in company of the entire PDP caucus in Imo State stressed the important significance of the road which he christened Douglas road because of its essence in enhancing the economic value of the area, adding that the road which would soon be completed touches the lives of the rural people who have been crying over the years.
“The road traverses Umuopara Nguru, Ibeku, Umuhu, Mbutu which makes up Agbaja that makes up Aboh Mbaise is a sure promise that more dividends of Democracy are coming this way”
The lawmaker said and imposed confidence on the CUDOC contractors and Federal Road Maintenance Agency handling the project and assured his constituents that their crying days are over.
