Ways to prevent the flu and colds from everyday routine can be disrupted with a cold or the flu, leaving one tired and sick with symptoms of stuffy nose, sneezes, body aches and wheezes. Colds and the flu are common infections seen in people as the virus and bacteria are easily transmitted. There are always significant germs out in public stores, offices, and anywhere there are masses of people. Some simple precautions will help ward off colds and the flu so you can enjoy health and wellness.

Boost Immunity
An ardent decision to build up the immunity system to keep all infections away is a wonderful idea. Eating healthy food with major portions of fresh vegetables and fruits and a protein rich diet of chicken and fish will definitely help. You can also take deep breaths throughout the day. This will energize and cleanse the respiratory organs and help you to feel more relaxed and calm.
