    Women in combat: Your take

18 yr Old Girls to Be Drafted for Combat

The Obama administration has finally called for equality of women. It’s about time. 18 year old females will now be required to complete the Selective Service form to become eligible for compulsory military draft and conscription for front line battle combat.

We have enjoyed relatively peaceful times where a voluntary military service has provided sufficient combat personnel. Within a few years, experts predict that the U.S. and indeed much of the world will be engaged in a global conflict due to poorly performing economies and imbalances of global power.

For the first time in history, U.S. women aged 18 and older will be required to join their male counterparts on the front lines of combat. One out of three daughters will be lost on the front lines, shot, blown to pieces, dismembered, caught and tortured, raped, or otherwise just bleed-out on the battlefield.

This is a proud moment in American history.

(This is what is to come. You can’t have it both ways – Have the ‘right’ to be on the front lines without the equal risk of being drafted and forced to the front lines)

If we are going to treat women as equals then let’s not pretend for the purpose of being politically correct or for appearances. Let’s follow the law of true equality; which is exactly where the courts will take this. Wait and see.
