20 Year Old Dreams Can Still Come True
Finally, after 20 years, one groups musical dreams have come true. German record label, Pure Steel Records, has remastered the original debut "Amon Ra" cd "In The Company Of The Gods" and is re-releasing it throughout Europe as a limited-edition vinyl format beginning February 8th, 2013 with entirely new cover artwork designed by Timo Wuerz.
Cleveland, Ohio based progressive rock band, Amon Ra, were only musically active for a very short amount of time between 1992 and 1993.
Stand-out tracks include "Cloak & Dagger", "When The Glitter Fades Away" and "Graveyard Of The Dragon".
Members included vocalist Dan Mattingly, guitarist Byron Nemeth, bassist Ken Dugan, percussionist Kris Dugan and keyboardist Jimm Motyka.
Billboards donning the new album artwork were placed strategically around Schwarzenberg, Germany.
Andreas Lorenz, Kay Anders and the entire Pure Steel Record label family have laid the framework for the true musical dream to come shining through.
As a testament to their legacy and taken totally by surprise, these five individuals have finally seen their art recognized on the World's stage.
The tracklist, music and other info is also available on Soundcloud, www.byronnemeth.com and www.pureunderground-records.com.
Good Luck Amon Ra.
