Sewage back up and Maintenance doesn't care that its making my family sick.

We have lived in unlivable conditions in our Texas apartment since Sunday January 13, 2013.  The sewage backed up in my bedroom and bathroom causing the carpet and tiles to soak saturating them with sewage water.  The carpet and tiles finally dried because management never did nothing about it.  3 times I went into the office with an emergency maintenance repair complaint, explaining my children, me, and quests were getting sick from the strong scent.  After spotting mold in the linen closet, I became even more concern for our health safety.  I reported the situation to both my local city and the county.  I finally hand delivered management a emergency maintenance repair complaint request letter in written, in which at first they were refusing to take.  I sent a second notice with a copy of the first notice through certified mail and management refused the letter:  it was sent back to me.  We are running high fevers, constant coughs, vomiting, diarrhea, nose bleeds, stuffy sinuses and noses, and very severe bubbling and burning cramps in our stomachs.  I took my children and myself to the ER:  they thought it was the flu (even though i told them all the kid had their flu shots in October) and later diagnosed us with a viral infection, in which the doctor told me we didn't need to go back to our house because it was making us sick.  But I had to, because we are low income and live on housing and have lil money to move. Management never offered to put us in another apartment nor hotel temporarily until all repairs/replacement/cleaning is done.  Instead they came in while we were out one night and vacumm the entire apartment.  They sprayed some strange smelling spray that smelled like gas.  They showed little concern for the health, welfare, and well-being of my family and me.  This has been over 20 days, and the black mold is getting blacker, growing, and has hair spores all over it.  2 Quest children came over to visit and they were ok:  when they left they were vomiting and had high fevers.  After a day, they were ok.  We need help:  no one should be forced to live in these unlivable conditions.  Please, please help us. My children are 12, 10, 6, and 4.  There has to be some help out there for those who are on governmental assistance and need immediately emergency help.
