    Delta RDU 'fiasco'

    Even the Delta pilot called it a "fiasco" when the de-icing system failed at RDU, then ran out of fluid causing Delta flight 1077 bound from RDU to ATL spent almost 3 hours off the gate.  As the passengers de-planed, the pilots and crew were unsure how to handle the situation, informing the passengers they needed to have a meeting to determine what to do next.
