232 killed at nightclub in Brazil

According to the police, the official number of dead people after a nightclub fire in Brazil is 232 people, instead of 245.
Among them, 120 were men and 112 were women. Alongside, 131 people are injured, at the Hospitals. Up to now, according to local news, the main reason for the deaths is the lack of security at the location. This nightclub has expired license since August, 2012. There was a lack of signs to show emergency doors and there wasn't a proper emergency door at the place; in this case, the same entrance door was used at that point as an exit / emergency door. In addition to that, several people died at the bathroom of this nightclub, as they thought the bathroom doors were emergency doors. Shame for Brazil. Hope it will serve as an example for the whole nation to start to think and worry a bit about public / private safety and safety procedures.
