    DELL CHARGES ACCOUNT UNTIL DEPLETED FOR ONE ORDER!

    DELL CHARGES ACCOUNT 9 TIMES FOR 1 ORDER UNTIL ACCOUNT IS DEPLETED. REPRESENTATIVE REFUSE TO HELP EVEN AFTER 3 HOURS ON THE PHONE.

    my card has been charged 4 times while I have been on the phone.

    HELP HELP HELP! MY ACCOUNT IS EMPTY!

    I have been on the phone for 3 hours and 20 minutes. My card has been charged 9 times for the same purchase. Yet no one will help or even give me an extension of a person to talk too. I have hung up on 3 times. Transferred to Voicemailes. Can someone please help with this matter.
