    Vermont was the first state to join the 13 colonies. A well known man named Ethan Allen founded the structure of Vermont, and the current set up of Vermont that we all know now. Ethan Allen was also part of the 'Green Mountain Boys' and that's how we got our state to have a beautiful green mountains. Ethan Allen had made an impact on all of our lives. He left back interesting stories and left back ideals that Vermont still has.
