I am “Rikishaman” I pull a Japanese old style car in Asakusa. We called this car a “Jinrikisha”. Asakusa is a sightseeing spot in Tokyo Japan where are about 19,750,000 tourists come each year. Are many temples and you can feel the old downtown atmosphere of the Edo era. Jinrikisha was used as a means of transportation in the Meiji era from the early days of the Showa era. Currently, using jinrikishas as general transportation does not exist. Current sales are being carried out for the purpose of sightseeing in the main tourist destination. I have pulled a jinrikisha since I was 17 years old, when I went to Tokyo. After coming to Asakusa to look for a part- time job, I decided that it was my fate when I saw a jinrikisha. In the passed four years, I have picked up more than 2,000 tourists. I met them and we have spent and splendid time together. A tourist wants to know a history of Asakusa and recommended places. Therefore, I tell them serious and sometimes interesting things. This is my work…. I am proud of this work. If you are interested in this, I highly recommend it. However, you must learn the history of Asakusa. Furthermore, there is a severe training for a one month. Although, I work is sightseeing, but we must protect the lives of the tourists. Because, We have to run of the road with cars. Therefore, we are always earnest. There are a lot of people with an interesting career in this job world. For example, fighters, comedians, actors and model also pull jinrikishas.
The price is slightly high. But if you get on a jinrikisha, you will be satisfied by all means. You will get to know the splendor of Asakusa. Jinrikisha is handmade by craftsman. In addition, it is one approximately why would say as a result the cost is proximally 2 million yen. Therefore, if you want luxurious time, I want you take on a jinrikisha.
