    Kiwi Vs. Vitamins

     

    After watching Dr Oz show I have been eating two Kiwis a day and have more energy .

     

    "Did you know two Kiwis contains potassium equal to one banana and has more calcium than one orange also has fibers equal to one bowl of bran flakes . " from Dr. Oz's show.

     

    Its a delicious source of getting vitamin C , magnesium , lutein , antioxidants and more .

    I don't like taking vitamins , this is a natural , easy , affordable and tasty addition to my diet .

     

    Now if I could grow Kiwi fruits in my back yard .... that would be Great !
