Crispy Butter Chicken
This recipe calls for no flour, so this can be a gluten-free meal! It's simple as can be to prepare and can be an addition to any number of meals including rice, grains, salads, pastas, and soups. Delicious!
4 cups of boneless chicken sliced into strips (any chicken cut will do, in fact, dark meat works very well especially with the skin on)
8 tablespoons butter (1 stick)
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and salt and pepper. Fry chicken pieces until brown and crispy.
Serve with rice or over salad, with pasta or in tacos, or eat as is. Very tasty!!
