    Chief Justice welcomed by Sarangani officials

    ALABEL, Sarangani  – (From right) Governor Migs Dominguez and Vice Governor Steve Chiongbian Solon welcome Chief Justice Maria Lourdes P. A. Sereno during the turnover and inauguration ceremony Wednesday, January 30, of two new Regional Trial Courts (Branches 47 and 48) inside the Capitol compound. The creation of additional RTCs was primarily authored by then Rep. Erwin Chiongbian in 2007. The RTC building turnover was part of the implementation of the Justice Enhancement and Empowerment Program (JEEP) of Gov. Dominguez.
