    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     jeffuwo was outside his cottage in Apsley, Ontario, Canada, on the night of January 27 when he noticed the icicle formation hanging down from a pine tree branch a couple feet in front of him. He used a point-and-shoot camera with flash to capture this image.
