This iReport is part of an assignment:
GoDaddy Hacked ? Accounts Swapped
Today when I logged in to my GoDaddy account after a while of being logged can coming back to the log in window I noticed I was in someone else account. Wow I can access to someone else account so what happened with mine was someone else looking at all my domains or stealing them?
After calling GoDaddy and waiting 15 minutes on hold I was told they were aware of the problem. The GoDaddy employee did not have any details as to how I could be in someone else account when I orginally in my own.
I called back hours later to see what GoDaddy had to say about this all I was told it the problem was resolved. When asked what happened the employee on repeated themseleves over and over saying the problem is resolved.
Finally after telling the person how conserned I was about this security laps all he could say was maybe you need to change your security pin.
How about changing my internet host how about everyone change host to a company that has a secure system were their customers can trust that our information will not be in the hands of another person because the company has not invested in securing their online system.
