Corn Sauté
Corn Sauté is a simple easy to make recipe which can be made in about 10-15 minutes. It tastes the best when serve hot. Get more diet soup recipes here.
Ingredients
300 Gms green corn cut from the cob
½ tablespoon corn syrup
2 tablespoons corn oil
1 minced green pepper
1 pimiento cut in dice
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
In a frying pan heat corn oil and corn syrup, to this add pepper and pimiento

Let it cook two or three minutes and add the corn and cook five minutes, stirring constantly.
To this add salt and pepper.
Serve hot.
