Petition started against 49ers Chris Culliver Anti-Gay Remarks

San Francisco 49ers player, Chris Culliver, exchanged these homophobic remarks in a recent interview "I don't do the gay guys man," Culliver said. "I don't do that. No, we don't got no gay people on the team, they gotta get up out of here if they do... Can't be with that sweet stuff. Nah... can't be... in the locker room man. Nah."

A petition was started against Cullivers remarks urging the NFL to educate him by sending the athlete to spend a day with the New York Gay Football League.

"This will give him an opportunity to see that openly Gay players perform just as well as heterosexual players. It will also allow him to ask questions and speak with members of the team." petition creator Christian Fuscarino said. "Chris Culliver is a member of the National Football League and a role model to young people. We must educate him that someones sexual orientation doesn't affect their ability to play sports."
