    A tow truck drove into a Katy neighborhood in Texas at about 2:00 am Monday night and stood near a family's driveway for over 6 minutes, until the home owner flashed security lights. For the attention of criminals preparing to steal, this car that parks on the driveway now bears a sign: NOT FOR SALE OR STEALING.
