RUMyLitter.com: Connecting Dogs With Their Canine Families
How R-U-My-Litter came to be is actually quite a heart warming story itself. Co-founder Wendy Margolis was in search of a new dog with her daughters to add to their family . After spending a significant amount of time with a litter of Shorkie puppies, the family decided upon one of the male puppies whom they affectionately named Bentley. However, a painful image became ingrained in their minds as Bentley's siblings were sadly forever separated from their brother. With that memory weighing heavy on their hearts, they longed to know what happened to Bentley's brothers and sisters from his litter. After speaking to other dog owners, Wendy soon realized she was not alone. With no resources available to her, Wendy decided to team up with her partner and fellow dog enthusiast Maria Ongaro and create RUMyLitter.com.
With the trend of Hollywood stars such as Paris Hilton and Miley Cyrus often speaking of their many beloved dogs, interest has only risen in what R-U-My-Litter has to offer. The animal/canine rights movement has been one flourishing for the past several years, with a fleet of activists fighting for the rights of animals and encouraging adoption of so many pets currently left without a home. It seems it's important now more than ever to have a site such as RUMyLitter.com to find the roots of one's beloved pet.
Most owners of pets know how deeply rooted they become in their own family dynamic. R-U-My-Litter serves as a very unique and informative way of connecting their beloved dog to their own family history. In many ways it is the happy hollywood ending we all yearn for and now it's available for your very own dog!
