Actuallly, there's no winter here in the Philippines, but there's a 'cold season' for Filipinos. The Philippines basically has 2 seasons- summer and the rainy season. But during certain months the cold Siberian winds would blow to the Philippines. So, December up to the first week of March can be considered as the 'cold season' here in the Philippines. Sometimes such cold season is either shortened or extended in days or weeks depending on the winter season in Russia and Siberia. The pictures in this iReport were taken at around 5:25 in the afternoon (Manila Time). Today is February 2, 2013 here in the Philippines. I was riding on my mountain-bike in Muntinlupa City when I took the pictures. I stopped at a playground in our village when I took pictures of my shadow riding on a bicycle. My own weather forecast, which was based on how I saw my shadow while I was on my bicycle, is that the 'cold season' will still continue here in the Philippines. That may mean winter might still linger in places where there are four seasons.
