I CAST A LONG SHADOW on GROUNDHOG DAY

I came back from witnessing the implosion of the Chula Vista Power Plant here in San Diego and noticed that the sun was up although the sky had plenty of high clouds.

I managed to angle myself among the parking spots at my apartment complex and was surprised to note what a long shadow I cast on the cold asphalt.

So I think that means that because the shadow was so long, that there is more winter weather in store. I am also anticipating more extremes in temperature change. My forecast does note that once spring arrives, it will be mostly a sedate weather period with plenty of people (such as myself) running for their sinus pills.

    HAPPY GROUNDHOG DAY!
