Looking like a three-tiered cake in my cold-weather gear, I caught the rising sun over the apartment roofs and took my shadow picture.
Because a Groundhog Day shadow snap looks like it adds 10 pounds to an otherwise somewhat sleek silhouette, I read that to mean that 10 more weeks of winter are predicted.
