About time they shut it down!
When I was a little boy my
school(Garrison Ele.) took us on a field trip to the Yankee Stadium and the 2nd floor only had REBAR used as a preventive measure to keep people from falling and I almost did fall.
Little did I know that in future reports when I did a search engine search and found some people used the insecure areas on the upper floor as places to commit suicide. But the whole place was not safe at all to be in. Not sure why they skipped safety.
