    Car Flips Over In Traffic

    Around 2pm a car was holding up traffic as it lay upside down. The driver has been put inside the ambulance which was still on the scene. Police have not released a report yet on what caused the accident on a busy stretch of road near a Walmart in East Stroudsburg, PA. Contact Joshua at 484-547-8436 for more details.
