    Nariman point is in the southern tip of Mumbai. An enlightened Parsi gentleman, took the lead to develop the land, by acquiring the sea, against several odds. Now, this area comands the highest land price, among all the suburbs of Mumbai. The Famous, Tata auditorium NCPA, Air India building, Oberoi hotel, Trident hotel, are among the famous buildings one can see in this area.
