    Customer service voice-mail threat

    After close to 6 months of trying to get our couches repaired that were falling apart I finally had to resort to contacting the BBB and posting on consumer complaint websites about Bob Mills furniture in OKC, OK.

    I received a threatening voice-mail and an email that Bob Mills Furniture would only help me with my furniture if I removed all the postings and whatnot first.

    Some companies today do not seem to be aware of the internet.
