Ice Cream Cone Cupcakes
A fun treat for the kids, and a new twist on cupcakes! These ice cream cakes are great at birthdays, or any time of year!
Ingredients
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/3 c. soft butter
2/3 c. milk
1 egg
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp vanilla

Combine in a mixing bowl:all-purpose flour, sugar,baking powder and salt. Add and mix for 2 min at med speed soft butter and 2/3 c. of milk. Add and mix for 2 min more, scraping bowl constantly egg, 1/3 c. milk, 1 tsp vanilla.Pour batter into 12 ice cream cone cups.

Bake at 350 °F for about 20-25 min or until tooth pick comes out clean. Cool. Ice your cup cake cones with your favourite icing, and decorate as you wish!
