    30lbs less and feeling great

    Over the years I've gained about 70lbs. Having quadruplet boys, who are now 16, and one special needs, there wasn't much time for me. After seeing pictures of me pushing 210lbs, I said enough was enough. In June 2012 I started walking a mile a day. It didn't take long to get up to 5 miles 5 to 6 days a week. I also cut back on my portions and almost cut out the Diet Coke. I drink more water now and less fast food. Currently I am down 30lbs with 25lbs to go for my goal weight.
