My husband die in Haiti,after being deported from SC.
On January ,8 2013. I received a phone call from my husband sister telling me some one poison my husband..so i started to prepare my self to go to Haiti..on the 11th i started to head to Florida from S.C..I was going to get my passport in Florida.so i stop along the way to friends house along the 95 South..my husband family lives in Miami.I reach Miami by the 14th ,the sister told me they had authorize the funeral home to ship the body to Miami. because they feel it to dangerous for me to go to Haiti, And him would reach here by the 18th, In my mind i am saying how did he get deported,And is allowed back dead..At this time i still didn't speak to the funeral home yet. Don`t even no what funeral home they are using, so the 18 th come and i am informed by the family that immigration need so type of clearance. and he wont be here till Monday the 21st.So now finally i find out who the funeral home is and go in and speak to them.they say that the bill is 14654 dollars..i say i didn't authorized you to do any of these services so why are you giving me this bill..they say because you are the next to kin..so you should had spoke to next of kin..i don't have this kind of money...they said well step aside and let the family take care of his remains ...i would have had my husband cremated it would of cost me 1500 dollars.. so the family had already paid the funeral home 6000 ..so with my services i wanted the balance would have been 5000dollars.. ok so i told the funral home i have two house i need to go home talk to my bank and get a loan..so i sign for the balance ..and left with my children..when i get home i found out the funeral home let the family buried my husband and hold a funeral service for him..I don't no where the buried him at i don't have a death certificate ..i don't have closure..How was they able to do this without his wife for 15 years. this is a email they sent me.After i left Miami ...I dont even no how my husband died..Please help me understand how they got away with this
