Travel as usual in Turkey
We have all heard about the tragic incident with the American lady Sarai Sierra in Istanbul, Turkey. My heart goes out to the family and friends of the victim. May God give them peace.
However, I still insist that whether you are a man or a woman, you should travel alone or with company to explore this beautiful and interesting world.
I usually make short trips ranging between 3-7 days. This picture of the Bosphorus bridge (famous for connecting Asia with Europe) was taken during my visit to Istanbul, Turkey in January 2013.
Istanbul is a beautiful city filled with heritage and scenic views, a vibrant mix of many cultures, straddling Europe and Asia across the famous Bosphorus Strait.
I urge travelers to explore this must-visit destination. It is generally a safe place and the people there are also helpful.
