    CNN PRODUCER NOTE     Sunsetlady, who is originally from the Philippines, shot this video from inside her apartment in Woodside, Queens, Friday around 7 a.m. 'I couldn't sleep anymore and I peeked in the window and I said "Wow."' By 10:45 a.m., the snow had turned to a drizzle, she said.
